Hotel Host Job Description

At each of the identified Hotels/Motels that will be used during the Lions International Convention, we will have 2 volunteers serve 4 hour shifts from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. each day starting on July 1 (in some selected hotels) and on July 5 in others. Dates and hotels will be available at a later date.

Duties:

• Wear volunteer “dress” which is our official blue shirt, Khaki pants, and the furnished convention hat.
• Greet Lions, Lioness, Leo’s as they arrive at the hotel.
• Be familiar with the schedule for all convention activities.
• Be familiar with the bus shuttle service between hotels and the convention center.
• Be familiar with other than Convention activities that will take place in the City.
• Assist guests with maps and directions for getting around St. Paul and Minneapolis.
